Advance payment : 50% deposit to be paid upon booking. Payable by transfer to our French or Brazilian account (only by deposit in Brazil or from a Brazilian account, including Transferwise) or by Paypal (in this case, add 8% fee).
Balance : 50% on arrival *, in cash, in Brazilian reais. * for reservations of 5 nights or more and for special periods (New year, Carnival, Rock in Rio, etc.) , payment of the balance one month before your arrival , under the same terms as the deposit (transfer or Paypal) .
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.
If necessary, you can drop off your luggage at 7:30 am or leave it with us after leaving the room to come and collect it later in the day. In any case, your approximate time of arrival is essential to guarantee your reception because we do not have a permanent reception service.
